After matching on Bumble in September 2020 and two restaurant dates, Don knew that Alegra could eat. But was she really as adventurous as she claimed?
The third date he tested out their relationship and surprised her with SKYDIVING. After nearly dying and falling on her head, she passed the test and they officially became boyfriend/girlfriend.
The skydiving date alluded to the years of wild adventures and fun, that these two would have.
Living in two different states, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, became too much for these young kids in love.
Fall of 2021, they decided to compromise and move to a skyrise in Philadelphia.

Although we loved our small Philadelphia apartment, it needed some love.
February 2022, we adopted our two children: Mash & Mush
After two years in the city, we were ready to move forward.
September 2023, we moved into our first home in the suburbs of Pennsylvania.
May 26, 2024 while spending a beautiful Memorial Day Weekend down the jersey shore in Avalon, Donald finally proposed.
Their love for the beach and summer, has inspired them to plan a Destination Wedding !
In 2025, we toured Casa de Campo, and fell in love with it.
